Most workplaces run on scripts. Not necessarily bad ones, just familiar ones. The same old meetings, dynamics and processes. Everyone so busy performing their roles, that nobody’s actually present.

I’ve spent years watching what happens when people put the scripts down. The guards come down, people surprise themselves and each other, and ideas start to appear that wouldn’t have survived a normal meeting. A team that was going through the motions is suddenly, genuinely, alive in the room together.

I create that shift for leaders and the teams they work with. People do their best work when they’re allowed to be human. It’s about creating an environment where mistakes are expected rather than hidden, where play is a feature rather than a reward and where presence matters more than performance. Using the craft and philosophy of improvisation, I help leaders and teams get out of their own way and into something alive. It’s seriously fun, and it works.
